Hi Michelle, not sure if you remember me I adopted Mindy 6 years ago. She was loved and spoiled. Unfortunately she was unable to stay with me for at least 10 to 15 years because Mindy died of cancer 1 year ago December 9, 2016. I truly miss her. I have been trying to navigate your website I would like to know what is available in small dogs that do not lose their fur. Can you help me. Lise.
Thank you for doing a fantastic work in saving all these dogs. God bless you.
Looking for a miniature dachshund …can be a puppy or older dog….would like a short haired dog.
We are a retired couple and would love to share our love with a little Doxie.
We are happy to relate that Luna (black lab/border collie mix adopted jan 2012) has grown from a tiny 25lbs to almost 60 lbs in just 12 short months! She is healthy and happily chasing after everything that moves. She loves to accompany us on bike rides, walks and runs and is really good with the cat. Although Luna spends alot of her time chasing her frisbee, doing tricks, going on vacation at the cottage, chewing her bone and sleeping in her bed she still rewards us everyday with her loyalty. Thank you for giving us the chance to adopt her 😉

We adopted a dog from the shelter a couple of years ago for my mother. The dog, a lovely eight-year-old Jack Russell. was described as perfect for a retired person and she has been — providing constant love and company. As one of my friends says: “There is no therapy like ‘fur therapy’. “
We adopted Taz 5 months ago and he is a wonderful dog – we love him so much!!! After some obedience classes and getting into a good routine that includes lots of fun walks, Taz is doing great. He especially loves to play with other dogs at the local off-leash dog park. Thanks for helping us find our amazing pet dog! Keep up the great work:)
Hi Michelle, it’s been a year since we adopted Dana (aka Belda) and I just wanted to let you know that she is doing great! Thank you so much for giving these wonderful animals a chance to have the life they deserve. There should be more people like you. And it sickens me when I hear of the negative things that have come into your life in the past few months. Stay strong and continue to do what you do best – making the world a better place.
Dear Michelle I am sorry for the “unneeded court case” u are going through. My husband and I adopted Scarlet the bulldog 4 years ago this Dec. The vet wanted to put her down but thank GOD for you we were able to adopt her. Scarlet is an amazing dog and if it wasn`t for you We would never had the oportunity to adopt her and make her our PRINCESS…I know she thanks us every day…and we are thankful for her everyday….if we can help with these terrible alligations just let us know…..Cindy
